If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you must not use the Site or our services.
All prices are displayed in pounds and are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of purchase or booking is final. Payment must be received in full, or a confirmed deposit must be paid, before any Voucher is issued or Booking is confirmed.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase a Voucher or Booking. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including the unavailability of an Experience, errors in product description or pricing, or payment issues.
Each Voucher is valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Vouchers must be redeemed, and the Experience booked within this validity period. Expired Vouchers are void and cannot be redeemed, refunded, or extended.
Vouchers must be redeemed via the unique code provided and are only valid for the specific Experience(s) listed on the Voucher, unless otherwise agreed.
If transferable, Vouchers cannot be resold for a profit. We are not responsible for Vouchers that are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission, and they will not be replaced.
Vouchers are non-refundable except where required by law. Where permitted, a refund may be requested by the original purchaser within 2 days of the purchase date, provided the Voucher is entirely unused and no Booking has been made.
A Booking is only confirmed once You receive a confirmation email from Us.
If You need to cancel or reschedule a Booking, you must provide notice in writing to hello@eastbeachcafe.co.uk.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a Booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to staff illness, equipment failure, or force majeure (e.g., severe weather). In such an event, You will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule Your Booking.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Our total liability to You for any and all claims arising out of Your use of the Site, a Voucher, or a Booking shall not exceed the amount You paid Us for the specific Voucher or Booking in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You acknowledge and agree that participation in any Experience may carry inherent risks. You agree to follow all instructions, safety regulations, and rules provided by Our staff.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless East Beach Café against any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site or our services.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of East Beach Café or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without Our express written permission.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arun.
Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Arun.
